Standard Shipping
1. Free shipping is available for orders within the UAE over AED 100.
2. For orders under AED 100 and within the UAE, standard tracked shipping is AED 35 via ____________________delivery service.

What happens if I'm unable to receive my delivery?
If no one is available to sign for your delivery, the courier will leave a card with contact details so you can arrange to collect your parcel from the nearest depot or schedule a new delivery.
You may request specific delivery instructions prior to despatch — such as leaving the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place. Please note that such arrangements are made at your own risk and may void any insurance coverage.
Couriers typically hold undelivered parcels for a maximum of five to seven days. If the item is not collected or redelivery is not arranged within that time, it will be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for return shipping.
International Delivery
We do not currently offer delivery to addresses located outside the UAE but, are actively looking into supporting international shipments in the near future.
